We are thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING on any order of $200+ to customers within Canada or the United States!

To qualify, simply add $200 worth of product to your cart and the shipping charge will automatically be reduced to $0. Orders below $200 will be charged a flat $19.99 shipping charge.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIMES

Canada Post is our preferred shipper. When shipping to the US it transfers to the US Postal Service for delivery.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email that includes a link to your tracking information. Be sure to follow the tracking information for the most up-to-date information around delivery timing.

We ship directly from our head office in Fort Langley, BC, Canada so shipping times vary based on your location. Anticipate up to 2 weeks for orders to be received.

Please note, we do not require signatures for our packages.

LOCAL PICKUP

Unfortunately we do not offer local pick up at this time.

LOST PACKAGES

In rare circumstances a package will be marked as delivered but you are unable to find it. If this occurs please complete the following steps:

  1. Check the address you used for shipping to ensure it is accurate.
    • If an address is incorrect, and the order can not be delivered it is usually returned to Bee Pampered. Be sure to check the tracking information in your shipping notification email to see if delivery has been attempted or if the package has been returned.
    • If your package has been returned, please contact us at sales@beepampered.ca with your order number. Once we receive the package we will ask you to re-confirm your shipping address, and will then ship it back to you. Additional shipping charges may be applied.

2. Be sure to check all areas the packge may have been delivered including front desk, mailbox, mail room, or see if a neighbour, co-workers or other members of your household may have picked up the package. As signatures are not required on our packages, it is possible someone else may have accepted or picked up the package for you.

3. If you are still unable to track down the package, please contact Canada Post or the US Postal Service for details around the missing package.

If all else fails, please do get in touch with our team by emailing us at sales@beepampered.ca with your order number, and we will investigate on your behalf.

ITEMS DAMAGED/MISSING

If you receive your order and an item is missing or damaged, please contact sales@beepampered.ca with your original order number, a photo of the product if broken or damaged or details around what is missing. Our team will review and will most likely ship the item out to your directly at no charge!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are looking to order a Bee Pampered product to an address outside of Canada or the US please get in touch with us at sales@beepampered.ca and we will work directly with you to arrange shipment and payment!
