Politique de remboursement
Due to the sensitive nature of Bee Pampered products, we do not offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned to Bee Pampered within 30 days. The product must be in the same condition you received, including the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email hive@beepampered.ca with your original order number and details about why you are returning the product. If your order qualifies for a return, you will be asked to ship the item back to Bee Pampered at your own expense. Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm with an email if it has been accepted for return. If accepted, a refund will be issued to you via your original payment method within 5-10 days. If not accepted, we will inform you via email of your options.
Please note any shipping costs will not be refunded; if you qualify for a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you return an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Broken or Damaged Products
If you receive your order and any product is broken or damaged due to shipping, please email us at sales@beepampered.ca with a photo of the damage, your original order number, and your shipping address. We will assess your request and will be happy to replace broken or damaged products.
